1/ Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the festival. Valid forms of ID include:
- An in-date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
- A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
- A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
2/ Child Tickets can only be acquired when purchasing an Adult Ticket and children must be accompanied by an adult.
3/ By purchasing a Child Ticket, you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child for whom you are purchasing.
4/ Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the festival with their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Any under 18 ticket holders attempting to enter the festival without this person will be denied entry to the festival. For safety reasons, any persons attempting to enter the festival with a Child Ticket holder that they are not the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for will be denied entry.
5/ All Child Ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent, guardian or nominated guardian. Full details below:
- All Child Ticket holders MUST camp in the same area as their parent, guardian or nominated guardian.
- All young persons (aged 15-17) MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30 - MUST be the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian.
- All young persons (aged 10-14) MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 26 - MUST be the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian.
6/ Child Ticket holders are not allowed in the arena or campsites unaccompanied at any time.
7/ Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event has to be postponed all tickets will remain valid for the new date.
8/ A carers ticket will only be issued to a paying adult ticket holder who requires assistance.
General Terms and Conditions
1/ Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.)
2/ Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
3/ No admission without a valid ticket (so don't lose it).
4/ No entry to the site after 11pm.
5/ Campsites and Car Parks close at 4pm on Sunday.
6/ Children (aged 16 and under), whether free as part of our offer or paid for as an additional child in your party, MUST have a ticket. No ticket, no admittance.
7/ Ticket holders (including all minors) agree to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
8/ Guests may be searched on entry to the event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
9/ You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol (for personal consumption in the camping fields) but only up to a reasonable amount per person. Once you have entered the event you cannot re-enter with more alcohol supplies.
10/ The following items are not permitted at Blue Reef Fest: illegal drugs or psychoactive substances, laughing gas/NOS, Chinese lanterns, fireworks/flares, smoke canisters, camping gas canisters above 5kg, generators of any kind, portable/chemical toilets, glass of any kind, drones, laser equipment or pens, paint spray cans, klaxons / air horns / megaphones (or other similar items capable of making loud noise), personal motorised vehicles (unless a mobility scooter), large sound systems, unauthorised or professional film or video equipment, excessive amounts of alcohol (see point 9), high visibility bibs and jackets, poles, banners and flags (small static flag poles in the campsites are allowed), and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (see point 12 regarding cooking knives).
11/ You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles or any kind. Broken glass is very dangerous for kids and for animals who will be using the farm and fields after the event. Leave all glass in the car, decant it into reusable containers or bin it. There are no exceptions.
12/ Knives (with a sharp or pointed blade) up to a blade length of 6cm are allowed into the campsites for use in cooking (eg. table knife, small paring knife). These are not allowed into the arenas.
13/ Alcohol cannot be brought into the arenas from the campsite. There are fully licensed bars available for you.
14/ Due to on-site sanitary and hygiene considerations, personal portable toilet units are not permitted to be brought onto the festival site.
15/ No fires, flares, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, naked flames, BBQs etc. are allowed.
16/ No Dogs are permitted.
17/ Built-in chemical toilets are permitted in the camper van and caravan fields only.
18/ The promoter reserves the right to change the line up without notification.

20/ Your safety is of utmost importance to us. On rare occasions, we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests or if Blue Reef Fest organisers reasonably consider the circumstances so require.
21/ Please respect that this is a working farm and the produce growing is not to be picked or damaged by the Blue Reef Fest visitors. These crops are the farmer’s livelihood and we have been trusted with the use of their beautiful site. If you would like to sample their produce it will be available for purchase from the Loddington Farm stall.
22/ IMPORTANT: Blue Reef Festival is based on a working farm. We have gone to measures to make it as safe as possible for our guests. All of our visitors MUST be careful and take responsibility for their own safety and that of others where ever it is reasonable to do so.
23/ Blue Reef Festival accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
General Information:
- Please do not climb (or allow your children to climb) the flag poles, signage poles, scaffold poles, or tent and marquee poles/ropes.
- Users of trolleys, in particular, large metal garden-style trolleys are not permitted into the area in front of the main stage.
- Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
- Parents are reminded that there are areas of the festival site, especially immediately in front of the stages, that are inappropriate for some people including young children.
- We remind all performers to remember there are children present and to use appropriate language, however, we cannot ensure they will follow this advice. Some of our music acts' material may not be suitable for younger audiences (and some adults).
- Strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the festival.
- Please keep the farm tidy and safe by picking up your rubbish.
